If you apply to a job

We collect what you submit: name, email, phone, resume, optional cover letter and profile links.
Your application is shared only with the employer of the job you applied to.
To rank applications, the text of your resume is analyzed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). Your name, email, phone number, links and street address are removed before the text is sent. The employer sees the AI's score and explanation; a person at the employer makes any decision.
Your files and application data are deleted 90 days after the listing closes. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

We collect your company name, contact email, phone and website to verify the posting.
Your contact email and phone number are not shown publicly. Applicants apply through HireService, and you review them on your private dashboard.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.
Emails from the site (such as your dashboard link) are delivered by our email provider, Resend.
We don't sell personal information.
