Job postings

• A sponsored posting costs $199 (USD), paid by card through Stripe, and is listed for 30 days.
• Employers must post with a company email address on the same domain as the company website. Postings must be for a real, open, paid position at that company.
• We remove postings that are fake, misleading, discriminatory, unpaid, commission-only without disclosure, or that ask applicants for money. Removed postings for these reasons are not refunded.
• A listing whose employer has not opened its applicant dashboard for 14 days is hidden from job seekers, so stale jobs don't stay up.

Qualified-applicant guarantee

If your posting receives fewer than 5 qualified applicants within 14 days of going live, you may request a full refund of $199 from your applicant dashboard. A qualified applicant is one whose resume our AI screening scores 60 or higher against the requirements in your job description. Refunds are issued to the original card within 2 business days of the request. One refund per posting; the listing closes when refunded.

AI screening

HireService.ai uses AI to rank applicants and explain each ranking. It is a tool to help you review applications; it does not make hiring decisions and never rejects anyone. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with employment laws that apply to you, including anti-discrimination laws and any rules on automated employment decision tools in your jurisdiction.

Job seekers

Applying is free. When you apply, your application goes to that employer only. We don't guarantee interviews or employment. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Listings from company job boards

Some listings are shown from companies' own public job boards and link to the company's site to apply. Those are not sponsored postings and are not covered by the guarantee.
