If you use Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workable, you add us as a user on that one job and we work inside it. If you posted on LinkedIn or Indeed without a hiring system, you can point the Apply button to us or send us the résumés.
Does AI decide who gets hired?
No. AI helps us read and rank résumés, and our team reviews the shortlist. You make every hiring decision.
Who contacts the candidates?
We do, by email, on your behalf. Interview invitations go out with your company's name, and you approve who we contact.
What happens to candidate data?
It's used only to fill your role. When we work inside your hiring system, it stays there. Anything we hold is deleted within 90 days after the role closes.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
$499 per role, agreed on the intake call before we start. Sending this form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No percentage of salary and no hidden fees.
